On one of my downtown Seattle ventures I walked by Mistral Kitchen and was drawn in by their unique entry way doors. Don't let the neighborhood they are in turn you away from this great find because once you are inside prepare to be awed. I enjoyed several different appetizers from their happy hour menu and was drawn to the allure of their open line with an old school pizza oven. See their happy hour menu below. I enjoyed my conversation with their bar manager as I discovered they carried one of my favorite beers Rogue. I enjoyed learning that he hand carves their ice cubes for their specialty cocktails, this dazzled me as restaurants generally have strayed away from the small and crafty touches. They have two loft areas that I also returned to visit with co workers as the mystique of this restaurant has grown on me. I would recommend their happy hour highly and I will have to return for dinner.Happy Hour
